Return and Refund Policy

Due to our products being made for rodents and the potential multitude of diseases and health risks they carry, once opened and used, we cannot accept a return for ANY reason. If you simply had a change of mind and you are willing to pay for return shipping, you have 30 days to return the trap(s) in NEW, UNUSED CONDITION. 


In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we will honor a return on an UNUSED trap. In this situation, you will need to contact us at Returns@DropInTheBucketMouseTrap.com and request an RMA number. Your request must be approved by our returns department before an RMA number will be assigned.  Photo(s) backing your Defective RMA Claim will expedite the approval process and issuance of your RMA number. 


If approved, please mail back your item using the supplied return shipping label we will provide you in your email along with the RMA number supplied in your email as well. Thank you!
